Mrs. Subha Das Mollick has been associated with iLEAD since 2012. Earlier she was the head of Mass Communication & Videography and Film Studies Department at St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. She has also been visiting faculty at RabindraBharati University, Visva-Bharati University and St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi.

At iLEAD, she teaches script writing, Film and Television Productions. Besides teaching Media and Film Studies, Mrs. Das Mollick is an avid filmmaker. She has more than 50 documentary and educational films to her credit. Mrs. Das Mollick has been instrumental in initiating the post graduate course in Media Science under MAKA University of Technology. Later as an Assistant Director Media Promotions, she took on commissioned work for iLEAD Studio from Govt. of India organizations like BITM and NGOs like MHDS, Kadam and CHC, Ahmedabad. Presently she is a visiting faculty at iLEAD and pursuing her own interest in developing new pedagogy.
