By learning and following simple techniques, you can dramatically improve your interactions; starting with your immediate family and extending to everyone you meet as you go along the way. How people think and talk about you in your absence is one of the most valuable personal and professional assets, something to be treasured lifelong.

India currently produces 4.5 lakh engineering graduates, and over 3.6 million graduates in other fields. NASSCOM is still apprehending a shortage of over 5, 00,000 people in the IT sector itself, by the year 2012. Most of these young graduates are bound to lose out in the race because of lack of confidence, poor communication skills in English, and the inability to think rationally and strategically. All of these skills are a must for IT/ITeS units. Other sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment and Media will also face the heat of shortage of manpower for the same reason.

 iLEAD’s Personality Development Program is an Intensive Total Immersion program, devised to impart the required soft skills to the participants in the shortest possible time. It is the brain child of Mr. Pradip Kumar Chopra, a Social Forecaster, Observer, Analyst & Director on the board of the reputed PS Group. Students participating in this program will experience a drastic transformation in terms of personality, communication skills, confidence level and the way of looking at life. Though our Total Personality Development program is mainly targeted to impart the required soft skills to the younger generation, it also caters to a larger age group (16-60 years).

Course Objective

The entire program is based on the concept of learning and acquiring skills most effectively when one is not under any pressure. The whole process of acquiring skills is like a game – entertaining and exciting. It is similar to the way a child learns to communicate and acquire skills, but with greater awareness.
The program is devised based on years of research and inputs from some of the world’s best experts and research scholars on education, training, communication, leadership and soft skills. It has been planned for the holistic development of the participants and has a multi-pronged approach. The program however, has provision for constant evolution and innovation.
