iLEAD Projects

At iLEAD, we have created a unique platform for students to truly experience “real-world” scenarios – by providing the opportunity to work on live projects that iLEAD will present through its extensive network of organizations, corporate and industry links.

Students will work closely with iLEAD’s creative department, which consists of industry professionals with decades of experience in print, film, TV, photography and other industries. This will enable them to produce high quality and value-creating productions. Students will be thrust into a professional environment with deliverables and responsibilities forming the perfect training ground for their future careers.

Close linkage & networks within the media industry

iLEAD has established a strong network within the media industry, as well as with professionals from the best media houses, film & television production studios, advertising agencies and event management companies. This ensures that our students have the opportunity to experience the industry through workshops, internships and project work. On-the-job experience is of critical importance in the media industry, and our faculty, which consists of practicing media professionals, enhances the learning process with invaluable insight into today’s creative world. An added advantage is the support provided by Srijan Arts, the film production unit of Srijan Realty, who have diverse interests in feature production, TV channels and film distribution.

Blending entrepreneurship & creativity

iLEAD has collaborations in place with some of the world’s best entrepreneurship development initiatives, such as those promoted by TiE, CII, National Entrepreneurship Network and the Indian Innovation Centre, to facilitate and mentor students who would like to launch their own media / advertising / event management companies or become self-employed professionals.

iLEAD Print & Productions

The Enterprising Leader: a quarterly magazine on leadership and entrepreneurship. Plans are underway to develop a website and e-version of the magazine. We are also producing a series of interviews with captains of industry, tracing their success stories.

Documentaries & Coffee table books: iLEAD is partnering and collaborating with various organizations and companies. Projects underway include:
