Over the last 25 years, PS Group has firmly established itself as one of India’s leading real estate developers. With a pan-Indian presence, PS has completed over 120 projects in Kolkata and other parts of India (Delhi, Chennai, Pune and Coimbatore), as well as abroad in Sri Lanka and Colombo. They have also setup a trading company at Bremen in Germany.

PS has a strong commitment to the community through its various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, which mainly focus on educational projects. They have adopted two industrial training Institutes, one for imparting real estate and construction related skills and the other for training in hospitality and fashion designing. PS is also the chartered member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), an initiative started by Silicon Valley-based angel investors and venture capitalist such as Vinod Khosla, Desh Pande and Sabir Bhatia among others to promote entrepreneurship worldwide.

Srijan, a co-promoter of the proposed B-School is involved in real estate development as well as in its organized marketing. Their record of being able to sell almost 60% of the properties in Kolkata during the last few years is a world record in itself for a real estate marketing and broking firm. They have also emerged as a Real Estate Developer not only in Kolkata and its suburbs, but in other parts of the country as well, particularly in South India.

Our group company for Real Estate Marketing is the most famous "N.K.Realtors Pvt. Ltd.". Srijan Arts keeps diverse interests in Feature Film Production, TV channels, Studios, Distribution of Films etc.

Our ongoing project is 'Ley Chakka' a Bengali Feature Film by renowned Director Raj Chakraborty. The leading casts are Dev, Payel, Dipankar De, Laboni Sarkar, Biswajit Chakraborty, Debjani Chatterjee, Ritwick Chakraborty, Biswanath Basu, Kharaj Mukherjee, Debranjan etc.
