The seminar on ‘Future Trends of Marketing’ organized by iLEAD in association with Cambridge Marketing College, UK on 8th April was designed to inspire young marketers to ask the right questions and also make the right decisions. ‘Micro-Moments: The new battleground for today’s marketers’ as it was called began with a welcome address by the Chairperson of iLEAD, Mr. Pradip Chopra at the Dale Carnegie auditorium.
The sessions that followed were:
‘Game Changers of Marketing in the last 5 years’ for which the speakers were - Abhishek Bhattacharya (Head Brand, Ambuja Cements) and Aniruddha Sinha (Head Marketing and National Brand Head, Lafarge India).
‘What is there in the future’ for which the speakers were Amit Sahai (VP Internationak Sales & Marketing Adapt International) and Soumyadip Chakraborty (Associate Director, KPMG)
‘New tools, techniques and analytics’ characterized the next session where the CMC Brand Ambassador for India, Nandan Sengupta took over.
Kanchan Datta (President, AdClub), Satish Bhaia (CEO, Neptune Plastics), Amit Sahai (VP International Sales and Marketing, Adapt International), Biswarup Das (Head Marketing, ABPweddings.com) and Samrat Chowdhury (Regional Manager, Welcome Heritage –ITC) presided over ‘Connect with the Consumer’.
The last was ‘Keeping up with the challenges of your sector- Real Estate’ where Prateek Sureka (Sureka Group), Saket Mohta (Merlin Group), Abhishek Sarda (IndiaBulls) and the Chairperson (CMD-PS Group)- Pradip Chopra spoke.
The seminar finally came to an end with a vote of thanks by Dr. Papiya Banerjee, the program director. It contributed to the existing possibilities and charm of iLEAD which has always aimed at offering world class education to students and professionals alike.
