With 33 years of academic, corporate and industrial experience in various leading multinationals and other organizations and formerly the Head of Eastern Region HR Division of Siemens Ltd., Atindra Sen is currently the Visiting Faculty.

Experience and skill Having completed MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, professor Sen has been teaching in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Kolkata, International School of Business, IIM Bangalore too. A management Consultant to the leading Indian Software major and a widely diversified FMCG leader, Atindra Sen’s areas of expertise are in Human Resource Development and all other allied Strategic Human Resource Management areas.
